Preparation is not difficult - simply proof the bear claws until fully raised and then bake until golden brown. The bear claws will fill your entire kitchen with the wonderful aroma of our classic croissant dough.

Remove Bear Claws from freezer and allow to thaw and rise to twice the frozen size. Preheat Oven to 375 F. Place Bear Claws on parchment lined baking sheets, about 1-2 inches apart. Bake until puffed, golden and flaky, about 15 to 17 minutes. download Step by Step Instructions
